Welcome to Tuesday Book Chat. This is where we encourage book lovers to answer our bookish question of the week.
Today’s question is:
What’s the last book you read that made you cry?
We look forward to hearing your thoughts. Please join in the conversation by commenting on this post or on the blog post shared in our Australasian Christian Writers Facebook Group.
Let’s chat!
The last book I read that I cried in was When Love Comes by Penny Zeller. There were a few places that had me crying due to different things that happened.
Your turn.
I look forward to reading your comments here or at the FB group.

I cry over a lot of things, but I frequently cry when I read one of Christine Dillon’s contemporary books!
Thanks for stopping by. It takes a bit in books but there are some topics that do get to me.
Hi Jenny, I’m a bit of a sook, and I’ll cry more easily when reading sad parts of a book than the average reader. That also means I don’t necessarily remember which books led to tears being shed. The last one I read is probably ‘The Roads We Follow’ by Nicole Deese (releasing April 2024) – a beautiful story with poignant moments.
