Welcome to Tuesday Book Chat. This is where we encourage book lovers to answer our bookish question of the week.
Today’s question is:
Do you have a favourite place to read?
We look forward to hearing your thoughts. Please join in the conversation by commenting on this post or on the blog post shared in our Australasian Christian Writers Facebook Group.
Let’s chat!
In summer I use to like reading on the porch in the chair out there or out the back on the bench. I also use to read a lot all year round on my bed. Now I guess I read more in my chair in the lounge.
Your turn.
I look forward to reading your comments here or at the FB group.
And don’t forget: if you’d like to participate in our weekly Book Chat by posting the question and your answer on your blog, drop us an email via our Contact page and we’ll send you the list of questions for 2021.
Bible – over breakfast at the sunny kitchen table. (Tied to something I do every day!) Books – relaxed in bed, any time of day.
Mum use to read hible in her chair in the lounge by the fire with her morning coffee. If the door was shut early in the morning we knew not to go in.
I read mine in my chair in the lounge room.
I use to read in bed or on top of the bed in Summer now I read more in my chair as I read on the computer mostly now.
Thanks for stopping by (and now I approved your answer you should be able to reply anytime to any posts without needing approval)
During the day I usually read in a chair in the lounge. At night I often read in bed. With Kindle I can continue to read after the light goes out.
Seems most people read in bed and in a favourite chair.
I’ll read everywhere (and pretty much have), but I love reading in bed the most.
I think a lot of people read anywhere. I know some even read while walking.
