At this point I am not sure as I haven’t really kept up with what is coming out. I do like Christmas novellas and I have heard about a few coming out. Maybe you can give me some suggestions.

Your turn.

  1. Hi Jenny! Well I’m looking forward to the October release of my first Christmas novella ‘Heaven and Nature Sing’ which is part of the Joy to the World Regency Christmas novella collection – mainly because I’m writing it with Amanda Barrett and Erica Vetsch and our (standalone) stories mean I haven’t read theirs yet!

  2. My critique partner, Katie Powner, will have her debut novel, The Sowing Season, released in October by Bethany House. She finalled a couple of times in the ACFW Genesis contest and won in the 2017 ACFW First Impressions Contest. For contemporary Christian fiction, she’s an excellent choice!

  3. Hi Jenny, I have a long list of books I’m hoping to read, lol. Kara Isaac’s latest book, Start With Me, is near the top of the pile. I’m also looking forward reading to Nicki Edwards’ upcoming release, The Final Siren, and Carolyn Miller’s first contemporary Christian romance release, Restoring Fairhaven. 😊

  4. I have quite a few to read. When I see one that really interests me I get it on Kindle and have a few waiting. I am presently reading an autobiography “Aspire to Lofty Heights” by Ross Jones. I was in Bible College at the same time as Ross, so this gave added interest. He and his wife were missionaries in Africa. I used to get tgeir prayer letters. It is really worth reading to understand what they really experienced. I am also going through “30 Days to Understanding the Bible” by Max Anders.

    1. Sounds like you will be kept busy for a while with books they sound interesting.

  5. I’m hoping I manage to get a copy of Melody Carlson’s next Christmas novella before Christmas (holding my breath over shipping delays).
Robin Jones Gunn’s newest novel should be arriving in the mail today – it’s been a long wait, as I ordered it in May.
Other than that I have a small TBR pile – some by new-to-me authors as well as some by favourite authors.
Is anyone else finding it harder to get print books that will actually be shipped to Australia? I’m hearing about new books frequently, but so many never make it here and overseas sellers won’t even ship them to you directly if you have an Australian mailing address.
I am thankful for what we do get!
