  1. Dare I promote my own book?
My recently released memoir, “Skinny Girl: a journey through anorexia”, is written in novelistic style and is aimed primarily at teens.
Readers aged from 13 to 60 + are finding it very easy to read and have said how helpful they’ve found the principles covered in the story in dealing with their own issues. These principles, like honesty, trust, forgiveness and perseverance are relevant for all of life’s challenges.
