The Light in the Empire Series is one of my favorites. Many authors seem to run out of creativity after seven books, but not so here. “Honor Bound” is just as thrilling and well crafted as the first.

Thank you for a book well written. I have liked all of the books in this series, but I thought this was by far the best. The subject of honour appears quite alien in today’s world, although fortunately there are some exceptions. Ms Ashby described it so well in the various characters’ lives, and I thought the characters remained true to themselves throughout the book whatever circumstances they found themselves in.
