Tuesday Book Chat | What book do you hope to receive for Christmas?

Welcome to the Australasian Christian Writers Tuesday Book Chat, where we encourage book lovers to answer our bookish question of the week.

Today’s question is:

What book do you hope to receive for Christmas?

We look forward to hearing your thoughts. Please join in the conversation in a comment on this post or in a comment on the blog post shared in our Australasian Christian Writers Facebook Group.

Let’s chat!

When I first read this question, I thought hmm… I know which books I’m receiving for Christmas because I ordered them, lol. The Silk Merchant of Sychar by Cindy Williams *should* be gift wrapped under our Christmas tree. I love Biblical fiction and I’m looking forward to reading Cindy’s story about the woman at the well.

What do you think?

And don’t forget: if you’d like to participate in our weekly Book Chat by posting the question and your answer on your blog, drop us an email via our Contact page and we’ll send you the list of questions for 2020.

  1. My family has basically stopped giving me books for Christmas because I buy them for my self. There have been a few times when Mum has asked me which one to order before Christmas, but then I always know it’s coming.
There are some books I’m looking forward to, but they won’t be available until next year.
